The Senseca HD52.3D is an advanced 2-axis ultrasonic anemometer designed to measure wind speed and direction with extreme precision. With no moving parts, it requires no maintenance and is not affected by wear, making it superior to traditional cup anemometers in harsh environments.

The sensor is equipped with a built-in digital compass . This means that the instrument automatically compensates for the orientation – you don't have to spend time aligning the sensor exactly to north during installation, the instrument does it itself.

Choose the right level for your project: We offer the HD52.3D in three versions. From the basic model for pure wind measurement to the complete "Arctic" model that measures temperature, humidity and barometric pressure, and is equipped with powerful heating to guarantee measurement data even in icy conditions.

Installation & Commissioning

No north alignment required: Thanks to the built-in magnetic compass, the sensor can be mounted in any direction.

Simple installation: Fits standard masts (Ø 40 mm).

Digital connection: Supports RS485 (Modbus-RTU) for easy interconnection with other Senseca products.

Heat for winter operation: The Arctic (R) model automatically activates heat to prevent ice formation on the ultrasonic sensors.
